Scope
This Council Asbestos Policy is designed to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, service users and other relevant persons and is applicable to the management of asbestos where the council has direct responsibilities as owners, occupiers, or managers of both domestic and nondomestic premises, as appropriate.
